eVantage Technology Further Strengthens Service Delivery
eVantage Technology would like to announce the appointment of Rosalind Lee as Customer Service Director. Formerly Deputy Director at NCS, Rosalind will leverage over 20 years of experience gained managing processes, people and technology in a fast paced, client-focused environment.
In her role Rosalind will oversee the eVantage Technology Helpdesk and the implementation of industry-leading best practices to further eVantage Technology’s relentless focus on providing exceptional levels of service to its clients.
Rosalind holds a B.ENG (Hons) from the NUS and is also a certified COPC Registered coordinator and CIAC (Leadership & Management).
