covid

At eVantage, nothing is more important to us than the safety and well-being of our employees and their families, our customers and community. As more restrictions are slowly being eased, rest assured that we continue to remain fully operational during this period.

To ensure the well-being and safety of our employees and their families, Working-from-Home will still continue to be the default for our employees. We will be further monitoring the situation as it progresses.

For our customers, we are committed to keeping our services up and running with no compromise to the standard of service we provide. As many shift to more remote work, we hope that solutions that we’ve recommended and implemented (Cloud Telephony, Office 365, Cloud file shares, etc) will be valuable for your business and staff to share knowledge, find information, and collaborate effectively while remaining safely at home.

We will continue to provide ONSITE support to our customers with the following precautionary measures: (1) Mask ON at ALL Times; (2) Equipped with hand sanitiser and to use it frequently; (3) Temperature Taking and Recording; (4) Check In/Out using SafeEntry QR Code (for the location they are visiting).

These are challenging times, but we remain confident that as a company and community, we will get through this together. Stay safe and healthy always.
