1. Is my business Cybersecurity’s policy robust?
This term “robust” can be very subjective. What is “robust”? I mean, my definition of “robust” is probably different than your definition of “robust”. So what exactly is a robust cybersecurity policy?
Let me give you a guideline.
Your company’s cybersecurity system should comprise of a basic firewall & identity protection, anti-malware and anti-virus software.
There should also be constant monitoring of your system for any potential problems. Investment in the best cybersecurity program that you can reasonably afford is hence crucial to any business, big or small.
And while you are reviewing your security framework, consider the access to your network. Make sure that you are using the highest-level security available to you through your router and that you have a secure access point for your employees.
And if you do have a cybersecurity plan in place, review it with your IT department or Managed Service Provider (MSP) to make sure that it is thorough and up-to-date.
2. Are my employees adequately aware on Cybersecurity threats?
Let me just say this: A company is not a company without its employees.
